At our taproom, as well as in distribution, we feature a mix of year round core brands, seasonal releases, and one-off specialty releases.
Year Round Brands
45er IPA
Getting its name from being brewed on the 45th parallel; 45’er is a West Coast style IPA with hints of pear, grapefruit, tropical fruits, from adding 2.5 pounds of hops per barrel.

Woody Wheat
American style wheat with a twist. Hints of orange peel and gracious amounts of vanilla will hit both the nose and palate. Medium body and light in color, a session for the whole year. A hybrid wheat, a mix of a hefeweizen and wheat cream ale.

Parallyzer Double IPA
This unfiltered Double IPA pours a hazy orange, showcasing Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and El Dorado Hops giving hints of citrus and pine on the nose. A smooth mouthfeel with grapefruit and juicy hop flavors.

NRTHRN LTS
A Gluten reduced ale that is light in carbs, light in calories, light in body, light in color, but full of flavor. 2.4 grams of carbs and only 95 calories, because we believe you should always be able to count on us for a good beer, no matter what you are counting.

Cherry Bomb
Cherry Bomb is developed with a traditional German Pilsner malt base. We then add Northern Michigan tart Montmorency cherries making it a refreshing beer for the whole year!

Alpena Amber
Pours amber red with a dense foamy head and leaving tight red lacing around the glass. Caramel notes with a malt backed mouth feel. Medium bodied.

A clean, crisp, and refreshing session beer. Lemon notes hit the nose. Delivers a smooth mouthfeel and very light hint of hop

Press On Pale Ale
Press On Pale Ale is a beer that we brewed because of our enjoyment of stage rally, where "press on regardless" is the motto of making it to the end of the race, no matter what happens to your car! Featuring Mandarina Bavaria, Citra, Meridian, and Centennial hops, this APA is perfectly balanced, a tribute to the perfect balance of speed and control needed to be successful in rally.

Brown Ale
Pours dark chestnut brown with a thick creamy head. Roasted and toasted malts with hints of chocolate. A very smooth, light malt body matches the aroma with a pleasantly bitter finish from the choice of hops and darker grains.

Hazy Depths
Featuring Citra and Michigan Copper Hops (grown right down the road by our friends at 45th Parallel Hops), Hazy Depths is a juicy, unfiltered Double IPA. Not overly bitter, with a smooth delivery of tropical hop flavors and aromas.
Hazy Depths is brewed in collaboration with our neighbors, The Friends of the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary, and can releases will feature different shipwrecks that can be found out in Lake Huron in the Alpena area, along with some facts about that ship!

Raspberry Vanilla Porter
Pours a dark Brown with Raspberry and dark chocolate aromas hitting the nose. The caramel and chocolate malts gives this beer a rich and roasted taste, that is then balanced with just a touch of vanilla beans. A great well balanced porter leading into the fall weather.

Milk Route Stout
Chocolate and roasted caramel coffee taste create the perfect balance in this milk stout. Milk sugar is added during the brewing process to provide sweetness and a full bodied flavor.

Naked Woody
American style wheat based off of our flagship Woody Wheat. We stripped the vanilla and upped the citrus by doubling the orange peel. A light refreshing session beer.
